Visiting Kelly

July 12 & 13th, we went to Michigan to visit Kelly. We had a great time, saw her lovely home, took a walk in "Dow" gardens.

Hello everyone!

Memorial Day weekend Kaela and I went to Las Vegas. Kaela's parents had flown in and we had a great couple of days there. Normally the weather is scorching hot, but it was pretty mild this time. That made it nice for walking around outside but not so nice for laying by the pool (the hot tub was actually cold). We stayed at one of the newer casinos, Red Rock Casino, which is not on the strip but very nice. It was refreshing to get away from Utah for a little bit and very nice. This was Kaela's first time to Vegas since she was 12 or so. We enjoyed the water show at Bellagio

We also were able to see the "O" show at Cirque de Soliel (sp?). Those guys are so athletic and put on a great show.

Our summer is sprinkled with a few little trips to breakup our time here in Utah. We look forward to seeing many of you this coming week at Catey's graduation.

Boating

Here is Catey and David on Memorial Day at the lake. Our boat is fixed (yea, yea) and we had a great time on the water. Can't wait to see all of you.

Here we are at the lake, Memorial weekend. From left to right is, Gary, Ben, Melissa, Trisha, Margo and Adele (Todd's cousin). The guys made a great fire and we stayed out there late into the evening, talking and making s'mores! Yum, yum. Wish you were all there.

Painting Napa

I've been busy with alot of projects. The front of the store was in need of a new paint job. While I was in Utah, Todd rented the lift and primed the top half. When I returned, I primed the bottom and we rented the lift again and I told Todd I was willing to do the rest. This lift was a bit scary but easy to manuever. The bldg looks great now--except I have to do alot of triming.
